Ichabod Commerce is a small Shopify studio for complex migrations and B2B builds. The work that needs someone who has actually run the stack, not just installed a theme.
The team
The studio is two people, Curtis Schrum and Elsie Miller, with AI-assisted delivery. Curtis spent fifteen years in commerce as an engineer, tech lead, and Director of Engineering. Certified Shopify and BigCommerce developer, deep on Magento and Adobe Commerce. That is why getting merchants off those platforms is the thing we do best.
Why Ichabod
The scariest part of a replatform is the fear of losing everything in the move. Your data, your customers, your custom logic, your revenue. The name is a reminder of the job. You keep your head. We make sure the move does not cost you the things that were already working.
